Zachary J. Carls is an associate attorney at GPS Law Group. Zachary specializes in commercial real estate transactions and hard money lending. Such work includes, among other things, the drafting of promissory notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, guarantees, mezzanine pledge agreements, opinion letters, purchase and sale agreements, subordination agreements, leases, licensing agreements, deeds, and easement declarations. He also reviews title work and conducts due diligence on behalf of his clients.
