Representation of national and regional developers in all aspects of financing, development, and construction of shopping centers and stand-alone retail developments, including: Drafting and negotiating land acquisition documents, negotiating construction financing, drafting and negotiating shopping center declarations and easement agreements, and drafting and negotiating leases with national and regional tenants.
Representation of regional developer in acquisition, redevelopment, and financing of mixed-use (apartment and retail) project
Ongoing representation of national bank in real estate and working capital financing for regional petroleum distributors involving loan facilities exceeding $150,000,000 and portfolios containing several hundred properties.
Representation of national and state-chartered banks in loan facilities, including originations and restructurings, secured by commercial and residential real estate as well as operating assets (equipment, inventory, and receivables).
