Nick Giampetro
Practice Focus
Mr. Giampetro has been representing non-institutional health-care providers in connection with their legal and financial affairs for over 40 years. His skills lie primarily in transactional matters, including intra-practice relationships and arrangements with other third parties. His practice requires familiarity with the extensive regulatory environment and ever changing competitive forces that exist in health care.
Professional Experience
The business and regulatory aspects of health care law, including but not limited to formation, acquisition, operation and dissolution of non-institutional providers; tax-exempt organizations; federal income, estate and gift taxation; and ERISA.
Current representation includes, over 100 health care providers, including physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, medical billing companies, ambulatory center and diagnostic testing facilities.
Mr. Giampetro was a member of the Practitioner Faculty at Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and participated on the Hopkins Business of Medicine curriculum committee.
